Do I need to register to shop?

You do not need to have an account to shop from 23 Yards. However, setting up an account is easy and saves your details like addresses and phone number to make the check-out process faster. You can avail the benefit of our loyalty program after you have registered with us.

How do I sign up for a 23 Yards?

You can sign up with an email, Google or Facebook account. Click here to register.

By registering, will I automatically receive updates on new arrivals and any ongoing sales and promotions?

No, not unless you sign up for our newsletters. You can register your email id with us or write to us at care@23yards.in to stay updated and be a part of our exclusive discounts, promotions and flash sales.

I forgot my password! What do I do?

Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button next to the password option. Fill in your email id in the next step and receive instructions to reset the password on your registered email ID.

What forms of payment do you accept?

23 Yards offers you multiple ways to pay securely. These include:

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 500.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days. You can check on your order status by logging into your account.

Can I track my order?

If you checked out as a guest, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you have an account with us, you can also track your order in the “account” section.

Can I return my purchase?

You can return all or part of your order within 5 days of receipt of the package. Write to us at care@23yards.in or call us at +91-7208921888 (10am-6pm, Mon-Fri)

How do I initiate the return process?

Contact us at care@23yards.in or  call us at +91-7208921888 (10am-6pm, Mon- Fri) within 5 days of receiving your order. 

You shall receive a confirmation & further instructions over e-mail.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellations will be possible provided an order has not been shipped.

Which are the items that cannot be returned/ exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

- Product is used or altered. 
- Returned without or torn/damaged original packaging and outer packaging, feebies or other accessories provided with it.
- Serial number/ labels is tampered with. 
- If request is initiated after 5 days of delivery of order
- Free product provided by brand.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel your order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of cancellation.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. A return can be requested for parts or all of your order.

How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will the process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. 
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from the payment was made with 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
