Cancellation Before Shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to us at email@example.com or call us at
+91- 9136108340 (10am-6pm, Mon-Fri). In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request has been processed by us.
Cancellation Post Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at

1. In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to our logistic partner from our end, they still may still attempt delivery. In that case, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
2. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging conditions, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
We offer all our customers an easy return policy. Returns can be initiated in case of wrong or damaged product(s) received. Wherein you can raise a return request of product(s) within 5 business days of receiving the order. We also accept partial returns of the order, wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

2. Provide us with your order Id and email an image of the products you wish to return.
3. We will schedule a return pick up within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund only if the products received by us are in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. Products once opened will not be eligible for return due to packaging reasons and will be acceptable for return only if the substance inside is found to be defective.
4. In case if the request is for a replacement, it is subject to the availability of the stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount to you.
In case of cancellations/ returns and replacements, we will initiate the refund only after the product(s) from the order have been received and verified at our warehouse.
1. For payment done through Credit/Debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of us receiving the product(s) back. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
2. For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be issued within 48 business hours of us receiving the products and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
